Rules of Ethical Consulting are also refers to my personal working principals.

  • Keep the company information private unless the client or law requests otherwise.
  • Not to create dependence by me on the client, nor by the client on me.
  • Anticipate and avoid conflicts of interest (for example, representing two opposing interests at once).
  • Not to act in the official capacity as an advocate for my client.
  • Not to go beyond my own expertise.
  • Not to skip the discovery phase of consulting.
  • Not to harm to my client.
